If you identify as a highly sensitive person, empath, or deep feeler, you know how overwhelming the world can sometimes be. These sessions offer a sanctuary — a place to be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Through somatic practices, nervous system care, and deep listening, we’ll work together to build resilience, boundaries, and inner strength, while honoring your sensitivity as a gift, not a flaw. You don’t have to toughen up to live fully — you just need the right support.

Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Your time and well-being are deeply valued. To honor the space and energy we both bring to this work, the following policies are in place: Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. This gives me time to offer your slot to someone else and helps maintain the integrity of my schedule. Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or missed appointments will be charged in full, except in cases of emergency or unexpected illness. Thank you for understanding. No Refunds: All purchases are final. I do not offer refunds for sessions or packages once booked. This policy reflects the time, preparation, and energy I dedicate to each client.
