She has been on the forefront of body-mind therapy for over 30 years with a doctorate degree in Somatic Psychology and extensive training and certifications in embodied/somatic approaches to transformation. (read more for all credentials)
Believing that embodied experience is essential for wholeness, Anya safely and effectively assists others in finding a safe home in their bodies and integrating their experiences through the richness of somatic exploration, heart coherence, creativity and soulfulness.
